Magic Exploding Box!

This ones long due :) I made this one for DH's baday last week (7th July ). It took me close to 5 days to complete it, yeah i did like a hour or more a day. I wanted to make it very detailed and had so so many ideas :) I have totally used glossy accents (its my new fav), much distressing, die cuts and patterned papers. And i totally enjoyed how it looked and DH flipped on it :)

The best part about the card was the cake and those butterflies.. Made me flip so it was bound to make Siddhant flip... :-)

Hey Karuna, this is helluva of a card project. Your 5 days of effort are all visible.... WOw!!! I am falling short of words... First Asha and then you.... These cards are real inspiration.... Thanks for such- lovely inspiration... Time for me to try hands on a box card too....

OMG OMG!!! this is so awesome!! makes me feel ashamed that I didn't make my DH anything!! I loved that cake..gotta teach me that and what is that gorgeous butterfly? a sticker or stained glass? super super!! more pics please!!

oh my my lovely this is ..! loved all the vibrant colors, o cheerful and definitely adds a smile. great details and the big butterfly- lovely it is ! and the cake so stunning and amazing it looks.
